I create unique contemporary handwoven art and wearables on the drawloom by playing with materials, designs, and concepts, enabling me to move outside the box of traditional damask weaving.
In addition to my one-of-a-kind pieces on the drawloom, I also create and weave home textiles on a limited-run basis, where I focus on classic styling…with a streak of fun.
One-of-a-kind items are woven on my drawloom with variations in design and choice of colors in the hem and often contain luxury yarns or threads. These items are completely hand finished using silk thread for hemming, or hand tied or twisted edgings.
Limited-run items will include multiples of a design with color variations. Home textiles may include handwoven hang tabs, and are machine finished for durability, longevity, and easy care.
